Troubleshooting Guide

If your battery stops working and you receive E41 as an error code, it may indicate a battery malfunction. To troubleshoot, follow these steps:

1. Remove the robot from the charging dock or unplug it from the power outlet.
2. Power off the robot and wait for 10 seconds.
3. Restart the robot vacuum. It should now be reset to its default settings.

If the vacuum has not been used for an extended period, make sure to fully charge it at least once a month or remove the battery to prevent battery starvation.
